We have a damaged external door that needs replacing- or repairing if possible? We need a door sourced and installed- it doesn’t have to be glass. Cheapest neatest option appreciated- preparing to sell.

Bunnings doggie door has been installed. Which is fine when the glass sliding door is closed however when only using the fly screen sliding door there is a 4 cm gap.. I’ve tried to screw in pieces of wood which worked temporarily however the dog likes to chew the wood. Hoping somebody could please find a solution possibly a metal strip to fit the gap and keep the flies out when the screen door is in use.. we would like someone local please as we previously listed this job and they never showed up as they were always working on the other side of town.

The goal is to create a new double door opening with two 720mm doors. The scope of work includes: • Protecting the area (floors, etc.) • Removing the existing single door leaf and its frame. • Cutting the plasterboard wall to widen the opening. • Supplying and installing a new, wider lintel/header to properly support the new opening (approx. 1440mm+). • Supplying and installing a new double door frame/jamb. • Supplying and hanging two new matching 720mm door leaves (open to discussing re-using the existing leaf if a match can be found, but quote for two new ones). • Supplying and installing all hardware (hinges, handles, and a meeting stile/latch system). • Patching, plastering, and sanding the new wall section and frame to be "paint-ready." • Cleaning up the site and removing all demolition rubbish. I have a plastic awning, 2 meters x 1 meter that I want put above my laundry door. One end will go into wood, the other end into brickwork. I can supply the bolts if needed, or you supply and I’ll pay for them. The awning has been put together already, just needs to be put up. I can help hold it up/assist with installation if needed just can’t do it by myself.

Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. Plaster new granny flat 4m(L)x 8m(W) x 2.8m(H). - Install ceiling plasterboard. - All stopping out. - I will install wall plasterboard. - I will buy all plasterboards. 1 bathroom (WC and basin only, no shower). 1 window. 1 external sliding door. Need to box out around metal portal frame in middle. Ceiling is 2.4m-2.8m high. Prefer 28th October. Needs to be before 29th October
