A large pergola area needs cleaning up, some repairs and regrouting of terracotta tiles. Area is about 20m by 8m. Tiles in generally good condition and we have spare tiles for repairs. Paving of a few steps also needed.

Need to tile approximately 17m2 on my balcony(3rd floor apartment), and build a few small elevated garden beds.
