I’m after someone to install our purchased 3.75m x 1.5m x 2.1m Skillion Roof Garden Shed made by Easyshed. It’s come in two flat packs which are very heavy. I would like it installed down the sideway of our home. Existing concrete slab. The land is on a slight downward angle. It’s subtle so the concrete won’t be 100% level. Required to install the shed right next to the garage wall. I also want you to install the insulation on the roof of the shed which I will provide (can be glued on) It comes with all anchor bolts required. After handyman/handywoman or a pair of people who do this well to get this job done on the day for some extra $. Anytime on Monday would be great as the weather is good.

The sliding door (from living room to outdoor). after the door is locked, the top part, highlighted by a red circle, still has a gap and cannot be fully sealed, causing air leakage. Need someone to repair, make the door seal properly after locking the door. Also，The screw under the metal rod on the outside is missing, causing the rod not to be fixed to the door, making it loose. This metal rod also needs to be re-secured. see photos

Please help fix sagging door. It’s a timber door on a metal frame as in the picture. The top hinge section was previously broken because the pneumatic door closer from the security door was incorrectly closed and pushed into this door, so you can see some bits being snapped. So currently it’s reinstalled at a higher position but still not aligned. Can’t be closed properly unless lifted up with force. The other 2 hinges down the middle and bottom are totally fine.
