Our King Living recliner chair (part of a modular couch) has gotten stuck in the reclined position. It appears to be a wiring connection issue as we can hear the “click” when we press the button. Someone with electric recliner experience needed.

Our garage door opener (brand Eco Garage Door) has an error code ‘H’. Remote control transmits signal to the opener without issues but the opener works intermittently and sometimes doesn’t open or close garage door. It appears it’s related to loose wiring to the motor. Need someone with experience to help repair and potentially solder wires together to the motor unit. Will also need a few remotes to be reprogrammed to front gate.

Three door handles to be fixed.One side keeps coming off. Door 3 has a lock snib on the inside.

We have attached a banner to the bottom of our roller door to provide shade and some gently breeze through our gym/clinic space in summer. Unfortunately when the roller door is down the banner needs to be folded up and it's a nightmare to do it and to keep it tidy. We would love to install some form of roller blind bracket to the bottom of the roller door for the banner to roll up into and then when we want to use the banner we can just lower the banner like you would a blind. We would also love to attach some hooks to the bottom of the roller door bracket so the eyelits of the banner to hook onto to keep it flush to the ground if we want to keep it flush with the ground and then have the option to unhook it and let the roller door go up higher. Just moved out and the movers knocked a small hole in the wall of the staircase. Need repaired as it is a rental.

Have a door that needs to be put in. It was previously placed in a way that you push to open it. Now we need to the do the other way around and want the door to be pulling out rather than pushing in to open it. Also have a door handle that needs to be put on the door.
