My 4 bed 2 storeyed townhouse has centralized electrical HVAC. It makes weird banging sounds periodically - need to inspect the cause and fix it. Additionally, one of the rooms doesn't get the HVAC effect much. Needs rebalancing. This may need accessing roof cavity - I don't have a tall ladder. The person performing the task is expected to bring the ladder and tools.
