Need a handyman for 1 full day to assist with some painting, taking down/installing new internal doors. Preparing a small property for sale.

Need someone to assist with the following maintenance required around the house. Four bedroom brick house built late 70s. It's difficult to quote fixed price from photos, so would be better on time and materials basis, hourly or daily rate. Ideally someone with carpentry skills as priority task is to replace fascia boards on the front of house, and replace 5x upright timber posts on the porch. Looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and efficient as I know what needs to be done, but with 6 kids and both parents working full time...... I'm a little time poor. I'm not expecting perfection, but if I'm paying you then I would expect a better job than I could do myself. From there I'm hoping to also get most of the following tasks completed in the next five weeks on T&M basis; - Sand peeling sections of paint on eaves, replace a section - install gutter guard along 2 sides of the house - Sand and stain fence and decking - Remove/reseat a single garage roller door - Install new security door - Install New clothes line - Fix up conduit on recent AC unit install - Mount side gate near studio that's come off wall - Cut and install panel for rear kitchen bench - cut to size and fit new interior door - replace door to access under the house No electrical, plumbing, tiling or painting necessary Quote hourly rate I assume?

A hole in wall will probably need plastering and painting. I don’t know how much it would cost so if it’s over 200 that’s okay.

I need two kitchen cupboard doors remounted and a toilet roll holder installed

After a recent heavy downpour I've noticed a small water leak in my ceiling, located right at the edge of a ceiling opening (likely a light fitting or vent). I live in a single-storey house. The awning window highlighted in yellow is what needs to be replaced to a fixed window. This is to stop the glass door getting smashed if the awning window is open and someone opens the door into it.

We have two sliding doors that require inspection and repair. The first door is located outside the dining room. It is a timber-framed sliding door with glass panels, approximately 2040 mm high and 1200 mm wide. It runs on two wheels along a bottom track. Due to its age, it no longer slides smoothly and occasionally gets stuck. The lock is also faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced. The second door is a top-hung sliding door, approximately 82 cm wide and 204 cm high. It also does not slide smoothly and occasionally gets stuck on the track. We are looking for an experienced handyman to inspect both doors and carry out the necessary repairs. If the doors cannot be repaired to operate smoothly, please provide a quote for replacement options.

Note that I DONT have a manual or the exact model so you’ll need to be experienced or confident in putting it together without one.
