Need a hole patched and painted in the wall.

I need holes drilling into the wall of my apartment to hang the cat wall feature in the pictures. I have assembled all parts so it’s just drilling the holes, putting the wall plugs in and fixing the feature. Plugs and screws are here

Require a handyman to fix a coded door lock (or just replace it). Likely requires an inspection then drive 10 minutes to the cannon hill Bunnings to get the part and come back. Also would be great if the handyman could inspect one or two other minor things while at the property. Offer is for hourly rate so will increase at end of job dependant on how long it was plus materials etc

URGENT Repair drawer runners on bathroom drawers and repair wardrobe doors - not sliding correctly

I need to assemble a Sumo Strength Cable Cell Evolve Functional Trainer in a single garage at a house. The job will involve the following steps: 1. Moving all the boxes and equipment and a few small bits of furniture outside of the garage 2. Brief clean of the floor inside the garage. It is an epoxy coated flooring so likely a 5 minute sweep, 5 minute mop, we will provide our cleaning equipment 3. Lay down 1m x 1m rubber tiles matting through the garage. Leave these unfixed. I need to have 2 old sanitary dispensers removed and replaced with two brand-new ones. They’re currently stuck onto the wall which needs to be removed and then the new ones need to be screwed in.

As seen it the pictures. We have a line aprox. 1 meter long that needs to be repaired. A could have tiles have cracked but happy for them to just be cut and grout installed - instead of removed. The other line needs re grouting - obviously colour matched

The facade door to my IKEA Froslunda dishwasher hasn’t been installed properly and keeps falling off and it needs to be installed property. The actual dishwasher door works so the dishwasher is functional but the outside facade door is not attached properly.

The curtain rods need to be installed on to the wall. I’ve tried to install them but I can’t drill beyond the plasterboard.
