Need a hole patched and painted in the wall.

Require a handyman to fix a coded door lock (or just replace it). Likely requires an inspection then drive 10 minutes to the cannon hill Bunnings to get the part and come back. Also would be great if the handyman could inspect one or two other minor things while at the property. I need to assemble a Sumo Strength Cable Cell Evolve Functional Trainer in a single garage at a house. The job will involve the following steps: 1. Moving all the boxes and equipment and a few small bits of furniture outside of the garage 2. Brief clean of the floor inside the garage. It is an epoxy coated flooring so likely a 5 minute sweep, 5 minute mop, we will provide our cleaning equipment 3. Lay down 1m x 1m rubber tiles matting through the garage. Leave these unfixed. As seen it the pictures. We have a line aprox. 1 meter long that needs to be repaired. A could have tiles have cracked but happy for them to just be cut and grout installed - instead of removed. The other line needs re grouting - obviously colour matched
