This is for a commercial gym space in Berwick. Require the removal and decommissioning of an existing water heater tank, cap off the lines so that the wall area can be plastered over. The attached imagine shows in pink where the existing water tank is and in yellow where we would like a new system to be installed. All ceiling space is accessible for pipelines and walls are standard office fit out plastered walls. Install a small and energy efficient instantaneous system in a new location. We're trying to creating space and there is no requirement to have such a large water tank. Hot water usage is very low. Only 1-2 hot showers a day (not at the same time).

Brushwood fence has fallen down in one section with the ledge underneath it coming loose. Need this reattached and secured with supports. Other sections need the ledge to be supported with blocks to hold it up. I can show a prior section done in similar fashion.

Hi there, I am looking for an experienced Waterproofer or Plumber to diagnose and fix a shower leak in my ensuite. The Issue: • I noticed water staining on the carpet in my Walk-in Robe, which shares a wall with the shower. • The wall and skirting boards feel dry to the touch, but the floor is wet. • I have lifted the carpet and found: 1. The carpet tack strip (gripper) is rotten, black, and moldy. 2. The nails are rusted. 3. The underlay is a bit wet and moldy. (Please see attached photos) My suspicion: It is likely a failure in the shower waterproofing membrane, grout, or silicone at the base level, causing water to wick under the wall into the carpet area. The Task: 1. Inspect: Carry out a proper leak detection (moisture test/pressure test) to confirm the source. 2. Quote: Provide a quote for the necessary repair (whether it is a "regrout & seal" job or requires more extensive waterproofing repairs). 3. Repair: Fix the leak source to stop further damage.
