Looking for an experienced renderer to repair and re-render the lower section of an external wall after we removed an old timber deck and recently poured new concrete. Scope of work: * Fill the gap between the existing render and brickwork along the bottom of the wall (approximately 7.4 metres long). * Repair damaged/cracked sections of render * Blend and finish the repaired areas so they match the existing texture and appearance as closely as possible. * Apply colour/finish coat across the affected wall areas to achieve a consistent appearance. * Ensure all repairs are neat, professional, and ready for long-term exposure to the elements. Materials supplied: * Base coat * Render material You will need to supply: * Rendering tools * Buckets/mixing equipment * Any other consumables required to complete the job Important: * The newly poured concrete must be fully protected from render splashes, stains, and spills. * Please provide drop sheets/plastic protection and clean up thoroughly after completion. * Experience matching existing rendered finishes is preferred.
