We have a kitchen with soft close cupboards and drawers. Two latches are broken and some need adjustments to stop from hitting the arch other. . Need to realign the cupboards and drawers and replace broken soft close latches where required

House previously had water damage and the wooden floor is bulging in some areas and and has gaps in some areas, they need to be replaced. Also the entire room needs to be sealed under the skirting on all 4 sides to improve insulation and stop bugs and worms from coming in.

I need bird spikes installed to 3x external window sills on the 2nd storey of my home. I will provide the bird spikes. These will need to be installed with a screw or glue presumably (I'm open to suggestions). You will need a ladder that can reach the lower section of an average 2nd storey home. There are flat surfaces for a ladder readily available in front of the windows.

Our front loader washing machine is leaking. It may need a seal check. We’ve got a small leak coming from the front door that trickles out during the cycle and currently a wrench holding the back together because the hose slipped off. Need to install 3 x door handle with lock , note that 2 doors has existing door handle with lock hole and 1 does not have the lock hole which need to cut one for it. Also, two doors locks are in Forde ACT Property and the rest one in Franklin ACT Property.

Spring on our door has broken and we need it repaired.

I have two Pinnacle wall mounted storage shelves I need installed onto my garage wall. You will need the appropriate tools to drill into the brick, and I can provide a step ladder. Ideally I would like this done over the Easter weekend, or Tuesday 2nd April.
