Job Description – Garage Door Repair Needed My automatic garage door opens correctly but will not close properly. When pressing the close button on the remote, the door starts rolling down but then quickly reverses back up after moving a short distance. From inspection, it looks like the issue is coming from the bottom corner roller area, which may be sticking or misaligned. The corner panel also appears slightly misshaped, likely causing the door to bind. Please see the attached photo for reference. Work required: Inspect the corner roller and alignment. Adjust or replace the roller if necessary. Check and realign the corner panel. Ensure smooth and safe operation of the door after repair.

House previously had water damage and the wooden floor is bulging in some areas and and has gaps in some areas, they need to be replaced. Also the entire room needs to be sealed under the skirting on all 4 sides to improve insulation and stop bugs and worms from coming in.

I need bird spikes installed to 3x external window sills on the 2nd storey of my home. I will provide the bird spikes. These will need to be installed with a screw or glue presumably (I'm open to suggestions). You will need a ladder that can reach the lower section of an average 2nd storey home. There are flat surfaces for a ladder readily available in front of the windows.

Our front loader washing machine is leaking. It may need a seal check. We’ve got a small leak coming from the front door that trickles out during the cycle and currently a wrench holding the back together because the hose slipped off.
