Looking for someone local with welding, metalwork and general maintenance skills for a few small jobs at our factory in Richmond. Current jobs include modifying a wire-mesh door to fit a dog door, small welding repairs, brackets and other minor fabrication work. Nothing structural or major at this stage. We’re also starting a small factory shop fit-out, so there may be ongoing odd jobs and general maintenance work around the factory as things progress. Ideally you’ll have your own MIG welder, grinder and basic tools and be happy to come onsite for small jobs from time to time. Could suit an experienced apprentice, recently qualified fabricator/boilermaker, retired tradie or practical handyman with good welding skills. If it works out, there could be a few hours here and there, or potentially a regular half-day/day as needed. Flexible with timing.

Looking for someone somewhat handy to simply swap out the lock on my mailbox it is a coded lock and it has been jammed somehow so I've purchased a replacement. I just need someone to literally unscrew it and install the new face so that I can reset the combination.
