My front entry door jamb requires repair. The security door will need to be removed and reinstalled allowing for the door to be opened and latched on the catch plate without problems. The current issue is the door itself drops so when being locked the door needs to be lifted slightly. The catch plate on the locking mechanism appears to be to large resulting in the latch not catching properly also.

I need a new garage roller lock installed as the existing one doesn't work/lock and also need a clotheline installed in the backyard for the new tenants.
