Looking for someone experienced in plastering to supply the materials, close the opening, and leave the ceiling with a smooth, flush finish ready for painting. I need an experienced person to install 3 bathroom safety/grab rails. You will need experience drilling through ceramic/porcelain bathroom tiles. The walls are tiled with plasterboard behind the tiles. Rails are safety/load-bearing rails, not towel rails, so they need to be installed to studs or noggins.

Ceramic bathroom sink has a crack and hole. Need a waterproof repair (epoxy/fibreglass), smooth sharp edges and make it safe for use. Not a full replacement.

Nordictrack treadmill in need of maintenance. Start/stop button cluster not responsive. Motor and other functions work fine.

Bought a treadmill off marketplace this evening. Brought it home and assembled it. All buttons on the touch screen work except for the start/stop buttons and the up and down toggles… so basically the bottom part of the console. Everything else works fine. Assume loose wires but can’t work out which. Probably a quick fix but looking for someone who knows how to identify the problem and fix it.

I have 7 of the easy install double blinds from Tuiss I need installed. Would prefer someone with experience installing these. It’s pretty much just the brackets to go in the window sills and the 2 blinds pop in. Type of blinds pictured
