Need handy man to mount round mirror to the wall

Three glass panels... one fixed and two wind out windows. The surround timber is very rotten on bottom edge.

One wall measures 1900mm width and 2700mm length. The other is the wrap wall 1150mm width and 1750mm width and length is 2600mm. We already have the wallpaper. We are in an apartment in Eltham with a car space if needed.

Handyman needed to change two toilet seats , attach shower holder and hang a mirror to the wall using flip toggle as the mirror is heavy .

Installation of a new Buller wood heater from Euro fireplaces into an existing brick fireplace. Will need to install a new flue kit - the existing chimney will need a clean. Will need three chimney plate installed and secured in place too. Some of the bricks may need to be removed to make space at the back and above the new heater. We want to make sure the heater is installed safely and meets insurance requirements. Would need to liaise with a stone mason who will install new hearth and stone work surround.

Sliding door doesn't close all the way, I think it's the runners, if they could be adjusted, heightened, the door will close all the way.
