Must be able to complete multiple tasks in one visit; might need to get replacement items (toilet seat lid if soft close can't be fixed, door magnets if they can't be fixed etc). I need to install a fly screen on this window that still allows the window to open from inside

The sliding door doesn’t roll well. It gets stuck and requires weight to move it all of the way. It could be the wheels or the track, I’m not sure. The door is also seems a little difficult to get out of the frame, I can’t manage to do it.

Hi, I have a San Hima roof top tent that needs afixing to my roof rack tray. It needs a bit of trouble shooting (potentially drilling) to align in the centre of the car and to make the bolts and brackets work. Tent weighs 68kg and i can make sure someone’s home to help lift it onto roof. Pics are not of my car but a similar design and set up.
