Hi, I need help fixing 3 internal door handles/locks. * Two of the doors have the locking screw/pin missing, so the privacy lock is not working. * One door handle/lock also appears loose/damaged and may need repair. * I have already purchased one new replacement handle set (shown in the photos). I’m not sure whether the existing handles need to be completely replaced or whether they can simply be repaired and the missing locking screws/pins replaced. I’d prefer to keep the existing handles if they can be fixed. Please inspect them and advise what is required. If replacement is necessary, the new handle set I have can be used for one of the doors. Please provide a quote for the job. Thanks.

Garage door not working properly

Install and supply dog door, rear door of the house for small breed . Door is wooden, dog is 5kg, small breed. Dog door to go on wooden door shown in picture

Internal door is getting jammed and not closing as it is rubbing on top of frame.

The bottom has been water damaged causing what you see in the image. I believe I have the paint colour too. Unsure if it just need to be sanded back or whatnot, but as long as it looks better & relatively "normal" compared to what you see here.
