The sliding door of my bathroom doesn’t slide smoothly . It’s stuck. Only one wheel is visible probably the other wheel is stuck on the inside that is hard to see. Perhaps broken. Need help with getting that fixed please

Since we moved in, the main door of this bifold has always been misaligned (gap at the bottom and tight at the top). This season it’s particularly bad to point where the door doesn’t open/close properly. I notice that the door has a slight drop to it. Main iob - fix the main door alignment ideally getting it fully plum, balanced all around. Secondary job (time/cost depending) - general service of the bifolds. Replace aging seal strips (10y plus), clean/lube/adjust hinges. Discuss new handle hardware and possible painting. I’m really after someone who specialises in bifolds and knows them well rather than a general contractor.
