My house entry door is sticking from the bottom, seems like some hinges have gotten loose, i tried tightening them but the screws have no place left to stick the drill in them anymore, they are just gone, so just need help with that

Hi, we are looking for someone to replace and install a new door between our garage and backyard. The door does not need to be a security door. A standard outdoor door with a lock is sufficient. We have already purchased a new door from Bunnings. However, the new door is 82 cm wide, while the existing opening is approximately 81.8 cm wide (without the existing frame), so the new door is about 2 mm too wide and currently cannot close properly. We are looking for someone who can either: * Trim/adjust the new door we have already purchased so that it fits and closes properly, and install it; OR * Recommend a more suitable standard outdoor door and supply/install it if trimming the existing door is not practical. The measurements shown in the attached photos include the existing door frame. The opening width without the frame is approximately 81.8 cm. Change existing double internal doors from inward swing to outward swing, keeping the same door opening. Relocate hinges and latches as needed, and patch/make good the existing fixing points.
