I need someone to swap over a door handle on the front door. It’s very straightforward removing the old handle and putting on the new one including the strike plate.

Description: I have two roller garage doors with problems. Door 1: The door does not open or close with the remote control or the wall button. The motor seems to be working, but the rope from the motor to the door appears to be broken. Door 2: The second door works, but it does not close all the way to the down. I need someone experienced with garage doors to inspect and repair both problems.

The screw securing the s/steel base plate to the door has been damaged. This has meant the door is not able to be closed securely. The door needs a new screw to replace the damaged one and securely re-attach the s/steel base plate to the timber door. There is a second screw attaching the plate to the door, however this appears to be secure. The s/steel plate may also benefit from the application of some adhesive between the plate and the timber door, in addition to the replacement screw.

Broken hinge, door detached

Need to repair a sliding door that's been derailed. Believe one of the hinge snapped. Will need to cut open the top of the door to access the rail. The part that's possibly broken looks like below (just a reference image)
