We have 3 small jobs to do in our apt. 1. Rehang a cupboard door 2. Fix a toilet paper holder back against the wall 3. Re-glue part of the door lock All photos are attached.

Repaint damaged areas of wooden door and surrounding skirting; touch up and fill small holes on plaster wall where baby gates removed. Not a full repaint.

I just need the bracket screwed to the wall please. Will require hammer drill for masonry. My attempt failed as only have battery drill. Anytime Monday or even later this afternoon would be great.

The steel door latch has broken off and the outside door does not latch anymore. Need this fixed.

2 x door canopies need to install, already assembled. Just need to screw them to wall. Wall photos attached.

Double glazed glass pet door installation

Hello, My garage motor on the single roller door has been playing up since I’ve moved in, I have two remote, one doesn’t work and is broken and the other one works randomly, every other week.. I can use the manual button on the motor, but it stops about 6 inches off the ground and can only go up with the power of the motor if I push the door up with it. I think it might need replacing but perhaps it has been set up wrong because it’s rolls down super quick but rolls up super slow (when it did work on its own without assistance)

My electric garage door frame was damaged when the rear-view mirror of my car hit it while reversing. The garage door is still working normally, but the frame looks dented. I’m hoping to have someone repair the damaged part of the door frame and repaint it so it looks new again.

Help instal door knob and door handle .. front and back. No latches. Just screw in the door.

I need my bedroom door reversed so it opens from the opposite side. The job includes removing the existing hinges and handle, reinstalling them on the other side of the frame, and making sure the door sits level and opens smoothly. The old hinge recesses will need to be patched, but they don’t need to be painted as painters will handle that later. The door knob may need a couple of screws added to secure it after the change. A new strike plate may be required once the handle is moved

Because I reversed car into the garage door, part of the door’s frame became bent and deformed. Need someone to fix it please.
