I need a qualified technician/handyman to replace the rubber door seal on a commercial fridge in my cafe located in Waterloo, NSW. The current seal is worn and coming loose, which is affecting the door closure and temperature efficiency. Scope of works: • Inspect existing fridge door seal • Supply and install correct replacement gasket (commercial grade) • Ensure door seals tightly and fridge maintains proper temperature • Remove and dispose Two fridges, see attached photos. Must be able to attend between the hours of 6am to 4pm

Purchase and install a door seal strip on our front door (see photos) to keep dirt/insects/cold air out. The door is 1100 wide and opens inwards. When the door is closed, there is an immediate step down so there is no area for the strip to seal onto on the outside (see photos). This may mean that the strip has to be installed internally. We are getting our house painted on Monday so would need someone to come before then.

My bathroom has a concertina door and I want to replace with a hinged door. There are hinges and door strike on the door frame from before. I also have a solid wooden door that can be used which has hinges and door lock already installed. However this door needs to be cut and reduced by 1 inch roughly to fit.
