Find an experienced handyman in Donvale

I need help replacing two laundry door seals to prevent rainwater from getting in. I have purchased two RAVEN RP3 door seals (with screws and cam) from Bunnings, which may need to be cut to fit an 820mm wide door. Photos of the old and new seals are attached. I'm flexible with timing but would like the job done soon.

Garage roller door was closed while the car was moving and this resulted in the door was pulled out of alignment. Managed to realign door back into its tracks however the door now seems slightly bowed. Now when the door is closing it seems to grab a little as it is closing and the door doesn’t always finish closed in the same position at the bottom which usually leaves a gap. The adjustment that controls the door closure may be affected because the door isn’t shutting smoothly. The large black wheel cog at the top doesn’t always turn exactly vertical while engaging the smaller cog which could be a reason why the adjustment of the closure is affected.
