I need someone to take away an electric organ (it’s quite heavy). The chord has been damaged so it no longer turns on but if replaced is in great condition.

I have a garage in my unit I would like to convert into a bed room. I’m I. Units and the garage is connected to my neighbours garage with a head level fence. So I think the main job will be erecting a wall with insulation on my side of this fence. Or perhaps removing that fence and installing the wall.: come have a look and let me know.
