Patch/repair damage to gyprock wall

Needing an internal bedroom door framed and gyprock / plastered. Ideally done between the 9th- 11th of April before painters come Standard door (left hand side in image)

Fix/ cure rot in joist/ fascia under gutters where rotting 1930s house so some wood difficult to replace hence needs to be repaired

I tried to fix a wall plaque to an outside brick wall and made an absolute mess of it. I need someone to fix the mess I made and then to fix the wall plaque to a solid brick wall.

Small job. I’d like appropriate nail/anchor drilled into brick wall for a heavy round mirror to be hung in the hallway.

Replace rusted down pipe spreader (same as existing) and seal leaky gutter/downpipe connection which is causing water stains to ground floor eave sheet. Need to lift tin roof sheet to access (see pics)

Hang 3 light canvases and one mirror

Glass and aluminium balcony sliding door. Door is 1200 wide. Replace rollers. Track is OK

Hello. One of the drawers from my clothes dresser has come loose. The wooden panel that keeps it in place has come out of the wooden screw which seems pretty stuck in. I don’t own any tools and would really appreciate if someone with handyman experience could come and try pop it back into place for me! I bought it second hand and there was already some damage to the lower dresser but if possible to just fix the board I’d be grateful! - Due date: Flexible

Hi. I have a failed valve. Unfortunately it is an old system and the brand not supported so no parts. Valve needs replacing but runs direct off mains so I also want an isolation valve installed. There is access via a retic box but it is under poured limestone so there may need to be some cutting.
