Sliding door not functioning wok, need fixed

I’m looking for someone to fix a loose soffit/eaves panel above my front door. As shown in the photo, the board has come loose and is starting to sag, so I’m concerned it may fall. I’d like someone to: • Inspect the panel and supporting structure • Re-secure it properly (or replace the panel if needed) • Ensure it is safe and firmly fixed

We got an overhand awning at the front door. There is water leaking through the awning and the downlight hole whenever it is raining.

Water damage to plaster wall

My letterbox is nestled among bushes and the number is very difficult to see. I would like a bright metal house number (9) about 20cm high mounted on the letterbox so it stands proud and visible from the road.

The toilet tank lid is broken with cracking. Unknown brand and model. Need a fit replacement of the lid or repair the cracking.

Hi, Need help with fixing the bifold door. It’s aluminium double glazed door. With 6 panels- approx 4.8m width. And 2.4m high. One swing panel and rest 5 panels open fully. It doesn’t close perfectly and there are lose openings. Installed 1 year back, and has given some issues since the start. Please help

My truck hit the bottom of a warehouse roller door, need a handyman fix

Already pasted most of this earlier. A&L Aluminium Double glazed doors and windows 12 years old. . Winder repair (winders fall off) on several casement windows. French DG doors- dropped due to cushion/disk crushed in hinge (1 door only)- scraping on frame and now can’t open/close. Extremely heavy- two/three person job. Regular “bedroom” door that is external- needs repair to door latch that is loose due to wind/weather - and has nothing to screw into. (I can’t open it now to take a picture as the screws are protruding- see picture) Plus pantry Plus double electric garage roller door . Plus possibly single manual garage roller door could use maintenance for rolling smoother/easier.

Old blinds fell off the brackets on the wall and I either need the old Venetian blinds put back on the existing brackets or if you deem the old blinds are broken then I have a new set of blinds and brackets that need to be installed. Not sure exactly what this is worth so I have put down $10 please make an offer.
