Looking for an experienced detail-oriented handyman to complete several finishing and repair jobs around the house. Main job is scotia around engineered timber and changing a small patch of carpet. Must have their own tools, including a mitre/drop saw for neat timber cuts and appropriate flooring tools. Scope of Work: 1. Main job is Flooring. >90% of Garage Floor has been laid with engineered timber however a small section (the doorway) needs to be laid. Manufactured floating floor is already largely complete. However two jobs outstanding: i. Completion a small section comprising the door entrance. Dimensions are: 1.2 X 0.8 m. ii. Finishing off the edging/scotia, 2 sections of 3m (west wall) and 5 m (in front of garage door). Some work around two pillars. Note: All materials on-site. 2. Caulking of bathroom ceiling line. Ceiling = 4 X 2 m. 3 Architraves (Carpentry): Fix two timber architraves throughout the 4ouse. 4. Plastering: Patch minor wall damage 16 cm X 12 cm Requirements:  Must bring a drop saw for clean architrave joins and flooring edges.  Please provide examples or mention experience with trim carpentry and minor carpet/floor repairs when bidding.  Clean-up work areas upon completion. Images provided including one on quality of scotia finish expected.

Assemble new easy shed 1.5x1.5 on concrete. See pics. Quick clean up of area before and putting a couple of boxes in shed on completion. Prefer Wednesday 8th or Thursday 9th but quite flexible.

Looking for an experienced handyman to mount a plywood pegboard panel on a plasterboard wall in my Melbourne home. The job: • Mount a 1200x800mm plywood pegboard using a split batten system — two horizontal timber battens need to be screwed to the wall, and the panel hooks onto them • Wall is standard plasterboard over timber stud framing • Battens and panel supplied What I need from you: • Stud finder (or ability to locate studs) • Spirit level to ensure battens are perfectly horizontal • Drill and appropriate screws/anchors for plasterboard wall Ideal tasker: • Experience with wall mounting on plasterboard • Knows how to locate studs and use appropriate fixings for the load • Has own tools Happy to be home during the job and can assist with lifting/holding the panel.
