Help me to install some works

Dismantling and removal of a 3m by 2m garden shed with portable shelving from our garage area. Easy access via garage onto street. Made of stainless steel with brick flooring

Need to replace kitchen sink mixer. Old and new mixer photo attached. Also, need to clean and re-apply silicon on the wall edge behind the sink

I have a vertical slat blind that slides open to the right, however it won’t rotate open or close. When pulling the chain up and down the chain moves and you can hear it clicking but the slats won’t rotate to open or close. Anyone who can fix this? Was going to just replace the whole track. Would prefer someone who can supply parts to fix it and repair it.

We have two blinds in our back room (inside) that are stuck and need to be taken down and rewound.

Assemble new easy shed 1.5x1.5 on concrete. See pics. Quick clean up of area before and putting a couple of boxes in shed on completion. Prefer Wednesday 8th or Thursday 9th but quite flexible.

We got an overhand awning at the front door. There is water leaking through the awning and the downlight hole whenever it is raining.
