It looks like it wasn’t installed into a stud or proper anchors. What needs to be done: • Repair/patch the damaged plasterboard • Reinstall the towel rack securely • Use proper wall anchors or fix into a stud so it doesn’t happen again • Make the wall look neat (basic finish is fine, but let me know if painting is included)
