Gate Specification 2: Double Security Driveway/Side Gate Quantity: One double door gate set (two doors total). Dimensions: Each door leaf measuring 2.1 metres high by 1.2 metres wide (total opening span 2.4 metres wide by 2.1 metres high). Post Specifications: Heavy duty black steel posts, 10 cm (100 mm) square profile, concreted into ground footings to support door weight without sagging. Security Hardware: Premium internal lock, quality drop bolts installed into ground sockets for high security anchor points (not a sliding door) Installation and Finish Requirements Ground Conditions: Rocky basalt clay ground. Contractor must provide suitable tools and excavation equipment for post footings. All gates, frame structures, and post connections must be rigid, perfectly plumb, square, and sag-free.
