Complete replaster and recornice of existing old horsehair ceiling - 34 sqm total - 2.8m ceiling height - removal of existing ceiling and cornice - plastering (using existing framing) - installing new insulation - stopping - sanding - cornice installation - painting Materials provided: - drop sheets during demo - plaster sheets - insulation - cornices - ceiling paint All other materials and tools to be provided by contractor.

Fix/reattach ceiling plaster which is currently bowing in one side of the room. Plaster is most likely horse hair plasterboard, trusses are hardwood. Would require support while being reattached.

There are 2 studs in between the two ends of the cabinet. Need proper fixing on installation (e.g. reinstalling with a suspension rail etc), likely need to be removed and re-installing again.
