Install an( about 1.2metres) extension or privacy screen on top of existing 1.8m pailing fence (about 9 metres long). The fence is on lower ground next to the retaining wall, pretty hard to access the bottom of fence. The gap between fence and retaing wall is about couple of hundred mm .
