Title: Fix motorised security roller shutter (motor running but not lifting) Description: I have a motorised external security roller shutter that is not opening. - When I turn the wall switch, the motor can be heard running - However, the shutter does not move at all - The sound is different from my other shutters (sounds like it’s spinning freely) - I have 4 other shutters in the house and they are working fine This suggests a likely mechanical issue (e.g. broken or disconnected internal straps/clips or similar). The shutter is located externally on a single-storey house (easy access). What I need: - Diagnose the issue - Repair or replace any broken internal components (e.g. straps, clips, or mechanism) - Ensure shutter is working smoothly again Additional info: - Power supply is working (motor runs) - No visible external damage - Photos attached Looking for someone experienced with roller shutters.
