We’ve recently had major fencing and gate works completed, however we now need someone skilled and practical to come in and properly finish the automation and smart access side of the project. Our electric sliding gates are closing very slowly. This happened a few years back and it was a condenser that needed replacing. I assume it will be the same again but not 100% sure. It seems to work fine when the weather is warmer Motor is an SEA brand. Not sure of the model. Gate is quite heavy so I presume its a strong motor. Its around 12 yrs old. Can be done any time in the next 4/5 days

The fence requires removal and relocation because it’s not on the rear boundary of the property. It’s 22mtr x 1.95mtr There is a small 900mm gate that needs to be relocated as well. Please see the image of the survey for details of the fence line to be removed in pink and new position blue line at rear boundary. A framed lattice section at top of fence would be good. The tree in the middle of yard will be removed this weekend. The rope in images showing the line of the new fence. Assistance with checking the position from the pictured survey is required. Open to re using materials from the old fence, gate etc.. probably 10 years old But if advised new fence/ lattice would be considered.

My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this. I suspect it just needs realignment now and then.

I have a double swing automatic gate at my driveway. The gate used to operate normally where the right-side gate opens first, followed by the left-side gate after a short delay, so they don’t interfere with each other. Recently, the sequence seems to have changed. The left gate is now trying to open first while the right gate is still closed, which causes the left gate to hit or be blocked by the right gate. Because of this, the gate cannot open properly and the system stops working as expected. It appears the opening sequence or timing between the two motors may be incorrect, or the controller settings may have changed. No physical damages only need proper programming

Gate is not latching as it has moved off the hinges. Need it to be rehung so lock can engage.

I need a repair service for a heavy steel gate. It has pulled away from the rendered concrete pillar and needs to be professionally re-mounted (likely using Chemset anchors for a more secure fix). The gate is intact; it just needs a solid connection back to the masonry.

Task: Repair / re-hang external gate – hinge failure due to wood rot I need a handyman or carpenter to fix the hinges on my external side gate. The gate has a metal frame with vertical wooden battens. One of the hinges has pulled away because the wooden fence post/stud it was fixed to has rotted. Job likely involves removing the gate, repairing or replacing the affected section of timber (or installing a new mounting plate/post), and securely re-attaching or replacing the hinge so the gate opens and closes properly. Gate is outdoors and exposed to weather. Materials and fix should be suitable for exterior use.
