I have purchased an electric strike lock for my wooden picket front pedestrian gate. I need the article lock installed along with the keypad. I also need the monitor installed near my front door inside. I have purchased all the items. Electricity is already been installed So just the mechanisms and monitor need installation

One side of our automatic front gate (right-hand side when entering) is currently not closing properly. The gate motor unit appears to have come loose or partially detached from its bracket, and as a result, the gate won’t align or close fully.

My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this.

I have 3 outdoor metal gates (1 front entrance gate and 2 side gates) that need adjustment. They were all working fine before, but due to minor alignment shifts over time, they’re no longer closing properly. All hinge are same type as pictured. The front gate is now very tight and difficult to operate. The two side gates aren’t closing or latching properly. Looking for someone experienced who can realign and adjust the gates so they open and close smoothly again.
