The side concrete post beside tge gate operated remotely has moved and got displaced. I want to make it realigned so that the remote gate works again. If possible fix it to the ground. I am not looking to replace the post

Need to widen the entrance gate area, involves removing one of the brick pillars on one side, and moving the existing (electric) gate back into driveway/front yard by about 2 metres, to allow space for car to turn in from the road. Install a pedestrian gate at the side if possible.

My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this. I suspect it just needs realignment now and then.

The front gate is very difficult to open and close as it has gradually dropped and touches the ground. I assume it needs to be re-hung.

I have a double swing automatic gate at my driveway. The gate used to operate normally where the right-side gate opens first, followed by the left-side gate after a short delay, so they don’t interfere with each other. Recently, the sequence seems to have changed. The left gate is now trying to open first while the right gate is still closed, which causes the left gate to hit or be blocked by the right gate. Because of this, the gate cannot open properly and the system stops working as expected. It appears the opening sequence or timing between the two motors may be incorrect, or the controller settings may have changed. No physical damages only need proper programming

Gate is not latching as it has moved off the hinges. Need it to be rehung so lock can engage.

I need a repair service for a heavy steel gate. It has pulled away from the rendered concrete pillar and needs to be professionally re-mounted (likely using Chemset anchors for a more secure fix). The gate is intact; it just needs a solid connection back to the masonry.
