Hi, I’m looking for an experienced flooring professional to sand back and stain my timber floors, finishing with a matte or low-sheen seal. The floors are currently in good condition but under the mat is slightly darker as other area has been exposed to sun. and run through an an area to be completed is a per image photo). I am after a natural, modern look — not glossy. A small strip of carpet re-laid between bedroom and newly renovated ensuite. Carpet re-laid in WIR that has just had new cabinetry installed (red lines in images show where cabinetry is now placed - small area about 2m x 1.3m.
