Raised bamboo floor boards

Hi. Have under floor heating for Brivis unit. Am looking at replacing all under floor ducts 9 in total.

Install in Lounge, room dimensions 7.5 x 5.5 meters, including underlay. All materials including scotia and trim will be available as supplied by supplier. Will need to cut up, remove and dispose of existing carpet.

Spikt rint on laminate floor. Tried to get it off but it won’t. Not aure of brand.

Need to repair the carpet which is burnt from iron. Just a small patch.

I’m after an installer if Hybrid Vinyl flooring. I pretty much need a whole house done. It’s a small 13 square house with approx 100m2 of floors to lay. Must know what they’re doing and do it well. Ideally it would be done within the next four weeks or so. I also need existing tiles removed. I’m planning on doing this myself but happy for a price to do this as well. Happy to answer questions.
