Looking for a skilled professional to sand and polish the existing hardwood flooring in my home. The area is approximately 50 square meters ( kitchen, family room area and hallways). Matt polishing!

I have existing floorboards, some need to be removed and redone as they have got wet and warped. Also, need to floorboard the remaining rooms in the house. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. I will supply the floorboards.

We have some water on a carpeted lounge room floor right near the front door that needs to be sucked dry and deodorised. Room dimensions are approximately 4m x 4m Don’t ask for photos as I don’t have any but was on site this morning and it’s only wet on half that room

We have removed the skirting while laying down the new tiles in living, dining and two hallways. I have purchased the skirting and need someone to put it back on.

My dog chewed the corner at the bottom of the wall when she was a puppy. We need it patched up as we are moving out of the rental.
