Finishing sanding my floors. I’ve ran out of time. Just need them finished off. Edging and main area will need a fine sand to finish off

Floor board sanding and polishing. The timber appears to be oak but not sure. The room size is 2.8 x 2.1m. All furniture in the room will be removed on the day.

We did our own floors in Eltham but unfortunately we have a bit of grain rise in some areas where is feels rough to the touch. We’re looking for someone to come in and give it a final buff/sand and put a final coat of Loba duo so that the floor is not rough anywhere.
