Scope of works: * Remove carpet from 3 bedrooms. * Remove vinyl flooring from 1 bedrooms, the kitchen, and a small section of the hallway. * Carefully remove all staples, nails, glue residue, and carpet gripper strips. * Fill timber gaps, repair any damaged sections where required, and prepare the floor properly before sanding. * Sand all timber floors to a smooth finish. * Apply a high-quality timber finish (please specify whether you recommend water-based or oil-based polyurethane and how many coats are included). * Leave the site clean and remove all rubbish created during the job. Property details: * Single-storey home. * Approximately 120m² total house size. * 4 bedrooms. * The remaining timber flooring is already in good condition but needs sanding and polishing so the entire home has a consistent finish. Looking for quotes to sand and change the colour of the existing timber floorboards in my 2-bedroom unit. In the attached floor plan, the cream-coloured areas show the timber floorboards to be completed: both bedrooms, living room, dining area, entry and hallway. The kitchen is also shown in cream, but I have not yet decided whether to keep timber there or install tiles, so please quote the kitchen separately. The main purpose of the work is to change the floor colour.
