Hi, I’m looking for someone to sand and refinish the timber floors in my house across 3 bedrooms and a living room. The floors are in generally good condition with an existing glossy finish (see photos). I’d like them fully sanded and finished with a clear satin finish. 11 x timber posts in front yard need to be sanded back to remove as little as possible off surfaces to reveal the original timber and no stain. Posts are approx 2 mths in height. Shrubs can be cut down to be half their height to allow greater access to the posts. Would prefer someone who is experienced with this and takes pride in their work to bring these posts back to their former glory. Planning on coating with oil only (no stain) once sanded so they will have "pride of place" at the entrance way.
