Renovating a three bedroom house. Pulled up carpet. All the floors need to be sanded and polished. It's all on one level and all timber floors throughout. Price is negotiable as you would have to come and check it out. I have just put in base price. And would confirm timing with the kitchen and bathroom being installed.

95 sqm of timber floors across the whole house. We will be removing tiles from around 30 sqm of that original size. After we do tile removal, will need your help to sand and polish the timber floors with water base

Need about 20 sqm of floor sanded. Hardwood floors found under carpets. All staples have been removed and nails punched. Skirting boards are removed. We will apply stain ourselves post sanding.
