Job requirements: * Sand the entire deck to prepare the timber surface * Remove/prepare any existing coating or stain as required * Apply Red Gum stain to the deck * I already have the Red Gum stain, so this will be provided * Ensure an even, neat and professional finish * Clean up the work area after completion Looking for someone experienced with timber decking sanding and staining who can provide a quality finish. Hi, looking for an experienced deck sander to come in and sand and prep and apply 2 coats of Feast & Watson Matt Merbau deck oil (supplied). 40m2 deck total plus 1.5m2 step. Tried an orbital sander by hand and gave up after one board, tried deck clean and pressure wash but wasn’t lifting stain off well. Need a full sand

I’m looking for someone experienced in floor sanding to remove the existing gloss/finish from the wooden floors in 2 bedrooms. The total floor area is approximately 40 m²: Bedroom 1: 24 m² Bedroom 2: 16 m² The main goal is to sand off the existing glossy coating and leave the floors smooth and evenly sanded. Job includes: Sanding/removing the existing gloss finish. Ensuring the floor is smooth and evenly sanded. Cleaning up any dust/debris from the work. 3 bed rooms, one living room and one corridor wooden floorboards. Looking for sanding and polishing please

Sanding and polishing 3 bedrooms (3mX3m), a lounge room 6.5m X 4.5m and small whole way 4.5m X90cm.

Our house will be completely empty in October and we are looking to re-sand the entire house. The only room that doesn’t have timber floor is the bathroom. All other rooms is timber. Looking to: 1. Re-sand and polish timber 2.stain floor to desired colour 3. Three coats of water base polyurethane Some areas of the house have tiles laid on top of timber floor, which will be removed by another tradesperson. Hi I need some floor sanding quotes, only for sanding (only) please. The floors are in good condition but old and yellowed. It’s a tiny house (70 m2) … small kitchen & lounge, 3 bedrooms & hallway, that’s all. Will attach pics. Needs done asap. I am a painter so I can do the two coats of clear on top, so this part is not required. Your best daily rate please!!

I have a timber fence that has been pressure washer cleaned in preparation for oiling/ staining. I need the fence sanded lightly to remove some of the furry timber that is a result of the pressure washing. I have sanding equipment on-site to use if required.
