Find a local floor sanding profesional in VIC

I have a decking I want it to be sanded back as I don’t like the colour it is at the moment. Would prefer to be more natural but understand that can be tricky. (I’ve attached original colour? Happy for it to be done tomorrow (Sunday) or next weekend. Deck is approx 6.5m x 3.5m. NO STAINING REQUIRED

Property in Newtown, Geelong. We’re needing some flooring taken care of. The project includes: 1. Remove carpet in two rooms (approx 48 sq m) 2. Sand and polish floor boards in 4 rooms (approx 90 sq m) 3. Sand and polish wooden stair case The works would need to occur between 7th - 14th May.
