Requiring someone who knows what they are doing to sand back and re stain our deck area plus 2 sets of stairs (5 steps total). We have the stain ourselves so no need to purchase it. Images attached of deck. Can be done in two difference days if needed due to use having furniture on the deck

I’m in the process of self-renovating my apartment room by room. I’m looking for an experienced floor sander to restore the timber floors in my bedroom (to start with), including: - punch nails and fill holes - sand back to bare wood - apply 3x coats of a quality water-based clear satin finish that won’t yellow over time The room is approximately 15m2 and will be completely empty prior to arrival for the sanding. Sanding only for my kitchen. I am doing the house DIY but I’m running out of time and need help to get the kitchen done. Area size 4450 x 3350, and there’s one cabinet. Hardwood floors, they’re old with some cupping over around a 1m2 area - I’ve had shot at getting it down but it’s slow (I’m using a crappy Bunnings sander - a big boy may blast through it). I don’t expect it to be perfect but need it as best as possible. Supply your own tools. I’ve prepped the floors, no nail punching or stapling pulling is needed, and no polishing is needed, just sanding and edging.

We are ripping up carpet for an older house in Glen Waverley and getting it ready for sale. Want to sand back the floors. We will remove carpet you just need to sand. We will seal the boards ourselves. 2 lounge rooms a narrow small hallway and 3 small bedrooms. Very small house. Thanks.

As shown in the photos, existing finish has deteriorated and worn in several areas while some protected sections still retain the darker finish. We would like the deck to be properly prepared, sanded as required and refinished.

Feast Watson wet look decking oil has been used. It has become patchy and needs sanding back. I will reapply product. Sanding only is needed. Decking is approximately 7m x 8m.

Merbau decking approximately 10 by 3 metres. It’s been partially sanded already. It’s about 4 years old. I want to get it back to raw timber without stain.

I would like my deck sanded but not oiled. The deck is 11.5m by 3m and some of it has been done already. It may need to be hand sanded with a belt sander (rather than a floor sander) due to the screws in the deck

Hi I need some floor sanding quotes, only for sanding (only) please. The floors are in good condition but old and yellowed. It’s a tiny house (70 m2) … small kitchen & lounge, 3 bedrooms & hallway, that’s all. Will attach pics. Needs done asap. I am a painter so I can do the two coats of clear on top, so this part is not required. Your best daily rate please!!
