Our European Oak floors were sanded and finished with low sheen water based coat about 4 years ago. They were originally finished in oil based coat. An area of 700 x 1500 was not done, as it is under a fish tank. The tank will soon be moved, and the area under it now needs sanding, and finished with water based coat, and blended with existing floor. I am not wanting the entire floor to be redone. Photos show existing floor, the fish tank that will be gone, and a photo of the original floor before it was sanded before. Needs to be done between 10-13 August.

We have a floating floor with solid boards spotted gum, installed about 7 years ago i have noticed some boards are cupping and lifting up , i have some new boards left over from renovation to replace also i may need sanding
