Additional information: The decking material is 130x19mm blackbutt decking. The project address is at 243 Swanston Street in the CBD, and the site is located at level 1. I have a timber fence that has been pressure washer cleaned in preparation for oiling/ staining. I need the fence sanded lightly to remove some of the furry timber that is a result of the pressure washing. I have sanding equipment on-site to use if required.
