Would like my decking stripped and resealed

I have a small timber deck that needs repairing. It's approx 3m x 3m, timber is a little flexible when you step on it, is in good condition however some of the timber slats have raised, and no longer staying secured to the supporting beam underneath. Beams underneath may need to be checked to ensure they are still in good condition too, before rescuing slats.

5m x 1.4m timber decking at front of house needs to be sanded back before I have it painted. You must have experience and have the sanding equipment. Flexible with timing.

Needing someone to come out to just sand the deck

1. Need to re-silicone 2 X bathroom shower 2. Replace 1 X 30cm skirting board in the bathroom near shower (slight mould was see which has been treated but would like to treat again prior to replacement) 3. Re-grouting if required
