Looking for someone to put in self levelling concrete in a 1 bedroom apartment including kitchen, living and bedroom but not bathroom. Floating floors will then go over the top. Carpet has been removed and most of the holes have been filled in. There is a small amount of glue remaining on the concrete that may need to be removed first. Depending on what you charge for the following we would also potentially be interested in: 1. Moving the furniture (it can all fit on the balcony or in the bathroom) 2. Removing the wood that attached the previous carpet. The floors are reasonable - there are some small holes - but we want them to be more level before the floors go in. It should take less than a day. Car parking available but car needs to be shorter than 1.95m so a van won’t fit. We are happy to provide the concrete if you tell us what you would like us to buy.
