Description Looking for someone experienced with flooring to install a renter-friendly floor covering over the existing old mosaic tiles in a small external laundry/bathroom. This is a rental, so I do not want the existing tiles removed or permanently damaged. I’m thinking sheet vinyl or another inexpensive waterproof/removable option. There is a floor drain that will need to remain accessible. I’m happy to purchase the flooring/materials from Bunnings, but I need someone to advise me what to buy, cut it to fit the room and install it neatly. Mainly looking for a budget cosmetic improvement, not a full bathroom renovation. Photos attached. Please let me know your price for labour and what flooring you would recommend.
