Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. Install 19m2 of vinyl tiles - tiles are approx 1200mm x 200mm. Install is on concrete floor. Concrete was laid 6 months ago. Concrete has been sealed and is ready to lay on. Cutting is very limited due to dimensions of space. Adhesive supplied based on what is required.

I left a bucket of water on the floor boards only for 1 hr and came back and found a dark circle stain. I tried to iron out the moisture, tried vinegar and olive oil but I haven’t been able to remove the stain. The task is to remove and mask the stain so that it’s no longer visible on normal inspection.

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.
