I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. The job involves three tasks: 1. Lay Floorboards ∙ Install supplied (matching) floating floorboards to match the existing light timber flooring in the adjoining area ∙ Boards need to butt up neatly to the existing flooring at the threshold ∙ The subfloor is bare concrete with some old adhesive residue from removed cabinetry – light prep/levelling will be needed before laying ∙ Please bring underlay – I don’t have any on hand 2. Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. I didn’t need new boards in the bedrooms. Now… I can feel a floor board is broken in another area. Hoping the carpet can be lifted and the area fixed.

Install 19m2 of vinyl tiles - tiles are approx 1200mm x 200mm. Install is on concrete floor. Concrete was laid 6 months ago. Concrete has been sealed and is ready to lay on. Cutting is very limited due to dimensions of space. Adhesive supplied based on what is required.

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.

We are re-doing our kitchen and have removed the floor tiles. There is original timber flooring through most of the kitchen, with some protruding nails.
