Looking for quote for the following: 1 bedroom 1970s first floor apartment. Installation of hybrid floooring in living area and kitchen. This will include removal of carpet and skirting board in the living area. I believe flooring canbe lay on top of existing flooring within kitchen (kitchen has been renovated since photos taken). Labour includes anything else necessary for installation of hybrid flooring. I will provide the hybrid flooring but no other materials. Can start late nov. The job consists of 4 rooms with an approximate area of 45sqm. - Removal and disposal of existing laminate flooring (1 1/2 rooms already removed) - installing new underlay and Floorboards (and trims around the edges). Hi, Need lino flooring installed at the back part of the house we are renting. Have 2 rolls of about 44 linear meters. I am after the lino to go over the old lino to save costs as we are renting the place. (flooring is fairly level) but happy to go over the old floors. I have a flat in Hawthorn which has carpet (around 50 square metres). I'd like the carpet removed and replaced with floorboards together with 3mm sound absorbing foam, cork or rubber underlay. If the installer could source the flooring that would be great. We may also need help moving the furniture (limited) out of the way. We'd like to start ASAP. the flat is empty. many thanks

Need a professional finish on these two bathroom floors . Old vinyl removed, we provide new vinyl,lay new vinyl , but will need to supply glue and whatever other products are required. . We will dispose of old vinyl. There is parking available. Job can be completed anytime over the next three weeks - but prefer afternoons.
