Hi, Wanting to install new cork flooring in a 90sqm apartment. Will need to apply to Strata - so insurance and licensing is needed. Cork Comes as tiles/pieces that are glued down and clipped together - similar to engineered timber floors. Current floor is tiles in living space and carpet in bedroom. Subfloor is concrete slab.
