New Spotted gum patio deck in apartment courtyard needs a light sand. Want the first stain colour from about 8 months ago removed. After the sand I can apply a new clear stain. About 15 sqm plus steps total about 19 sqm . Usually have thursdays off work

Remove carpet and underlay and smooth-edge from hallway. Hallway is approx. 9m long and 1.8m wide. The under carpet surface is sealed polished timber. Then provide new edging to adjoining carpeted rooms at two doorways.

I have an area of concrete floor which has had carpet removed. It needs buffing and minor repairs to match existing concrete floors through the house which has been buffed but not polished. There are skirtings that don’t need replacing, but a bit of quarter rounds requires around the kitchen cupboards and two doors where it meets tiles. I’ve added floor plans - it’s the kitchen, living room, passage & bedroom that needs to be done. I’ll provide the underlay and floor boards.
