We have a 2 bedroom apartment, skirting boards are already off. Need to someone to cut and install new ones (glue on).

Old housemate has moved out and has left multiple stains on the carpet. Unsure what the stains are but appear to be soft glue/fake tan (see pictures). I have tried supermarket stain remover and no luck.
