I need a timber structure built over a void on the ground which will be used for walking over. You’ll need to build the structure and then running decking boards over it.

We have a few carpet tiles that need laying and then about 70 sqm2 of office space to be carpet cleaned

The job involves replacing the apartment's carpet with laminate flooring. The approximate area is 40 square meters. I will provide the laminate flooring, underlay, and Scotia. I will take the carpet and waste to Brisbane City Council. The contractor must provide details of their public liability insurance as required by the body corporate. The contractor will remove the carpet and install the laminate flooring, underlay, and Scotia. Furniture needs to be moved. The area to be replaced is the brown area in the image.

Door height needs adjustment after new carpet install - 2 doors

Replace 3 sections of decking boards. 2 have been removed. Spare boards and nails supplied. Job: remove one more section of decking boards. Replace with boards supplied but needs to be cut to the exact length.

Carpet ruined by flatmate whilst I’ve been away, bond in my name + wanting a good rep with real estate. Carpet was old and dodgy and rippled when we moved in but two indoors dogs have destroyed it completely. Two bedrooms and a tiny hallway. Must be able to pick up and take off site to use own drop saw with a very sharp blade - these need to be professional and even. Need to replace two carpet areas with vinyl flooring. Two areas are (3.7x3.9) and (3.5x4). Would also need the carpet removed and you'd have to bring your own tools.
