The room (~4x3m) has a chipboard cladding over the VJs. I would like the chipboard removed please. It is nailed in and fairly easy to remove by just pulling (no glue that we can see so far) however it pulls through the nails. The skirting boards and some trim will have to be removed as well as well as the nails. Rubbish can be left behind, we're happy to clean it all up.
Ian was easy to chat to and on time. The task was perhaps a little more difficult than what he is used too.

Strong chemicals needed as there are a few hard stains. If you can't get them all out its understandable, but just as best as can be done. I do need this completing as early as possible in the morning on that Wednesday and I will also need a receipt for both carpet clean and pest spray to show my real estate We do have guest parking available for 4 hours that is free of charge.
Arrived on time, was a friendly guy and we had a good chat. Carpets look awesome and smell fresh. 😎 would highly recommend!!

Luckily the damage he did was looked over by the real estate. I had told him if that happened, he would've got the full 220 but instead he lashed out and I hardly have to pay anything now. It's called karma I guess. And treating people with respect.
