Hi taskers, our carpeted floor downstairs was wrecked during the flooding last year. Been back and forth with insurance but not getting any where and I want this fixed. The concrete has been levelled before but it has started raising again in certain areas. I need the floor levelled, some waterproofing performed and then vinyl planking or similar installed.
