We are looking at turning our front porch area into a timber deck. It already has concrete laid down. We are after a quote. The size is about 5 x 2 m.

60sqm of decking required to be built. 25 Sqm will be ontop of a concrete slab the rest on a soil foundation.

Need someone to match the carpet and fix the missing bit , flexible on budget

Need our entry hallway and dining room installed with laminate flooring. We have the flooring, we are just getting annoyed installing it ourselves in this particular part of the house. Skirting has been removed, underlay is already installed. No need to install skirting as we will do that at a later stage.

Timber floor sand and polish about 25sqm

Need someone to cut an existing Vinyl flooring about 100mm x 2m so We can chase the floor under it and then rejoin the vinyl once the chasing is done.

Need someone to chase concrete floor. I have vinyl over the floor which needs cutting carefully so it can be re patched after chasing and filling. Need to chase about 70mm x 50mm trench for about 1.5m- 2m. If they can also re join the vinyl back that’ll be great.
