Length of new fence is 8.3m. This is a side fence to improve privacy between us and neighbour. No capping, 1m height at front corner of property, then 1.8m from 1m back from property line. Standard timber paling fence, hardwood posts concreted 600mm into the ground. I already have some quotes but looking at pricing and how quickly this can be done. Ground is ready, loose-ish dirt (used to be trees/shrubs, all cut down and grinded), and access is clear on both sides. See photo of the area.

Our gate used to close easily but now the top of the timber gate hits the post and the latch doesn’t line up. Someone came to assess and says that 2 posts need replacing on one side of the fence (other side is ok).
