I’m looking for someone to install three garden screens onto an existing fence. The screens are already purchased from Bunnings and need to be mounted in a row with small gaps between each for maximum privacy. See image one for example and we wanted to have them sit mid height of fence. The fence height is approximately 4 metres. Important: The installation must not have any screws or fixings protruding through to the neighbour’s side of the fence. Additionally, I have an artificial green wall where the top section has come loose due to wind. This will need to be secured back into place. The height of the green wall is approximately 6 metres. Please refer to the attached images for more detail. Located in Bulleen. You will need to supply your own ladder and tools including mounting brackets or screws to complete the job.

We have a rental property and have been advised the rear and side garden fence is leaning/needs to be repaired. Also that the all external windows (approx x8) of the house cant be opened because there either painted or screwed shut. We are looking for someone with the skills to repair the fences/windows, in particular so the windows can meet minimum rental standards once opended (i.e. can be lockable) and provide/install locks on all the external windows.

My ground has sunk a little, so the sliding gate gets stuck at one spot every time it moves. I’d like to add an extra wheel at the very front of the gate so it can move smoothly. The gate already has a motor installed and opens and closes automatically. I’m not sure what size wheel I should buy, or whether I should replace all the wheels with larger ones. Because the gate has a motor and a rack/track installed for the motor, I’m worried that if I switch to bigger wheels, the track position might need to be adjusted again.
