Some sections are cracked, shifted out of alignment, and appear at risk of collapsing further (see attached photos). Scope of work required: • Re-straighten and re-secure leaning fence panels. • Replace or reinforce broken/damaged timber rails. • Ensure stability and safety of the entire section. • Remove and dispose of any unusable timber pieces. Site access: • Fence is located at the back corner of townhouse courtyard. • Some tight space between rainwater tank and fence (see photos). • Access available from my side. Requirements: • Experience in fence repair / carpentry. • Bring own tools and materials (please specify in offer if material cost is included or separate). • Must leave the area clean and tidy.
