I have two garden gates that are currently wooden and damaged, and I need them removed and replaced with new Colorbond garden gates. The approximate dimensions are 194 cm high by 86 cm wide. Because I am not a professional, there might be about a 5% margin of error in my measurements, so I would need you to come out to do a precise measurement after accepting the job before proceeding with the installation. The door seems to be shifting away from the door frame. As a result, the latch is becoming more and more misaligned with the strike plate, making it difficult to lock properly.

The lock on the backyard side gate has come loose because the mounting screws are missing. Please reinstall the lock by fitting new screws and securely fastening it to the gate so that it can be locked properly. In addition, please install a lifting bar (gate latch lifter) on the side gate lock so that the gate can also be opened from the outside. remove the exposed nail from the wooden strip on the ground in the backyard. I knocked the gate catcher for our shared driveway mechanical gate. Not the gate itself, that's working fine. I've realigned the catcher and everything is working with no issue but I think the bolts have come loose in the brick and are potentially slightly bent.
