One of gate posts has detached from the fence where it was attached to a rail and the rail has deteriorated. Not looking to replace the fence - just the rail and likely the next one down at the same time, put in a new post and secure the new cross bar and existing gate post to it. Suitably treated fencing timber to be used - please nominate what timber is included in your quote, where (if different for post and railing) and why, when responding to this task. Job includes getting paint match and painting the new timber, ensuring gate functions correctly (level with other post , sliding bolt still matches up with existing hole etc), and removal / disposal of waste. To cover an existing side fence in lattice, with the lattice extending above the existing fence to about 1st story height (if possible). Lattice will need to be attached to existing fence and brick wall. It will need to be cut to accomodate a bench seat that abbuts the existing fence. Looking for someone to paint out back fence. It is a new fence. 1.8m tall with 0.5m lattice and capping. Approx 14m wide.
