Hi, this backyard garden gate hinge is rusted and won't open. Can someone uninstall it ?

I need my wrought iron garden gate secured. I have two mini daschunds who can climb through it under the gaps in the metal work. I’ve tried to diy myself but it’s not weatherproof solution or doesn’t withstand them climbing on it. I have a rental so can’t change the entire gate and am looking for a tough mesh solution that looks ok.

Posts have been put in ground. Just need an experienced fence building / carpentry hand picketing the fence with notches and a slight slope to ensure all aligns. Will have two people (including myself helping and friend) who can action but need the notches and alignment specifically.

Garden fence needs some maintenance as bowing and come loose from posts etc.

We have a rental property and have been advised the rear and side garden fence is leaning/needs to be repaired. Also that the all external windows (approx x8) of the house cant be opened because there either painted or screwed shut. We are looking for someone with the skills to repair the fences/windows, in particular so the windows can meet minimum rental standards once opended (i.e. can be lockable) and provide/install locks on all the external windows.

We have a wooden slat farm fence across the front of our property, but the gaps are large enough for our dogs to squeeze through. The total boundary length is 39.3m. The garage wall is 6m and does not require fencing. The front section is approximately 10m long at 1.5m high. After the garage, there is about 28.3m of fencing required at 1.8m high. Therefore, the total fence length required is 10m + 28.3m. The land slopes approximately 2m from front to back. In the middle section, I require the fence to be raised by 400mm (approximately 2 timber sleepers high) for about 3m in length, as my side of the land is slightly higher. There is also another continuous section requiring a retaining wall approximately 200mm high (1 timber sleeper) and about 3m long under the Colorbond fence. I would like the fence in Monument colour.
