The lock on the backyard side gate has come loose because the mounting screws are missing. Please reinstall the lock by fitting new screws and securely fastening it to the gate so that it can be locked properly. In addition, please install a lifting bar (gate latch lifter) on the side gate lock so that the gate can also be opened from the outside. remove the exposed nail from the wooden strip on the ground in the backyard. Please refer to the location indicated by the red arrow in the attached photo.

I knocked the gate catcher for our shared driveway mechanical gate. Not the gate itself, that's working fine. I've realigned the catcher and everything is working with no issue but I think the bolts have come loose in the brick and are potentially slightly bent.
