We have ordered the complete panels of Good Neighbour® Corrugated Panel 1.8m high x2.39m in length complete with sheets, posts, tracks, screws and rivets. We require a qualified carpenter/fencer to install in total 45m of fence, including 2 pedestrian gate sets and a double gate set. Frames for the gates to be supplied by you the installer. We require the installer to remove and dispose of exisiting paling fence, roller door and complete all labour included in the installation of the fence. The small brick fence remains and fence is to be installed on the inside of the brick fence as close to it as possible. Please refer to images uploaded. We have a side fence around the house and it's opening out on the wrong side to the pool. we either need to fix it so it goes opens in the other way or replace it altogether.

Our front brick fence is over 70 years old. We need it pulled down and relaid as is. Most bricks are just sitting on top of each other as mortar so old it crumbles away, so cleaning them should be easy. The front facing measures 22m in length, the side facing will only need to be replaced from corner to where house starts at approx 8m in length then we will install a corrugated fence down side of house. Bricklayer needs to gently remove and clean and bricklayer to supply all other materials to relay the fence as is. The only adjustment is at the driveway where we need the pillar on the RHS moved right more to allow a bigger opening to drive in and out. Happy for you to come and see job first.
