Looking for a junior events planner to assist me with planning a Winter Wonderland 40th birthday. I have events planning experience so I’m looking for an assistant who can help me as opposed to a senior who needs to drive the project. Tasks: Help with locating and planning catering Help with style and booking furniture and props Help locate musicians On event day bump-in and bump-out and manage catering and musicans during the event.

We are holding a baby shower on the 25th February in Sydney. Currently expecting 20-30 people (mixed genders), we are struggling to determine the venue and details (and catering arrangements) so we need a well experienced coordinator to help us put it together! We are looking for something casual, relaxed but fun. Total budget for event is ideally $1000, we are wanting to cut costs where we can which includes buying majority of the supplies online and setting up manually. Food can be done by a caterer. Hi there, We have a work Christmas party planned for 1pm to 5pm at 23rd November at St Leonards park on miller street St Leonards. We need someone to plan, source/hire, organise and run activities for part of that time. Not all of the time needs to be activities - need to have time for lunch, discussions etc. There will be about 30-35 people between 23 and 60 years old primarily in the middle of that. We will need you to organise random groups and rotate activities maybe to encourage inclusivity. Maybe find a way to make it a competition and we could come up with some prizes. Some example activities could include “beach / park cricket, bolle balls, giant Jenga, giant checkers, bean bag toss, soccer balls, basket balls or similar games”. It’s not limited to this, we are open to ideas - a table tennis table or foosball table could also be cool. Looking for offers for the organisation and attendance part and keen to hear your ideas.
