The interior part of a hallway light socket that connects the globe when screwed in has broken and needs replacing. I also need a downlight replaced on a very high batheoom ceiling, as well as fixture that has come out. Ceiling over 3.5 metres high, so very high ladder required to put downlight back in. The actual downlight has gone out and unable to get the height to get it back in.

Looking for electrician to install 1 power point

Seeking someone with a taller than standard ladder, to get up to a ceiling and plug in 7 light fittings. When plugged in, the lights are as pictured (zoom to see hanging lights). The light fittings were recently removed and now need to go back up again. The point where the hanging cord pugs into the ceiling is approx 4 meters from the floor. Once you are at the correct height it's easy to plug the lights into their sockets - the issue is getting up that high. The room is in Windsor, 5 mins walk from Windsor station, near 70 Chapel st. Can do this Wednesday morning any time from 7.15-9am or around 12.30pm Wednesday. Please note am putting 'per hour' fee, final payment can be negotiated.

Light switches keep switching up. EG, main bathroom light won't turn on, unless ensuite bathroom lights are switched on or off. Same issue occurs throughout the home, sporadically. We live in a 2BR apartment, for reference.
